As long as you're parked safely and legally off the roadway, we will install your vehicle's usable spare tire and ensure it is secured so you can continue your trip.

• Tire pressure verification

• Proper lug nut tightening

• Basic tire inspection

Does not include:

• Seized lug nuts

• Broken studs

Our Diagnostic Assessment goes beyond simply reading trouble codes. We perform a systematic evaluation of your vehicle to help determine the most likely cause of the problem and recommend the safest next step.

Additional Diagnostic Time

 

When the problem cannot reasonably be identified within the first 30 minutes: $55 per additional 30 minutes

 

Additional diagnostic time is never performed without customer approval.

Once the cause of the problem has been identified, we can perform many repairs at an eligible off-road location. Before beginning repairs, we will explain:

• What was found

• What repair is recommended

• The estimated parts cost

• The repair labor charge

• Any foreseeable complications or limitations

• The estimated timeline of the repair

 

The customer must approve the repair before work begins. Some repairs may require scheduling if parts must be sourced or conditions are unsafe at time of diagnosis.

On-Site Repair Pricing

 

Whenever the repair can be clearly defined, labor is quoted using an established flat-rate labor time rather than charging for every minute spent performing the repair.

 

Repair total:   Parts Charge + Flat-Rate Labor + Tax

 

For unusual repairs, damaged fasteners, wiring repairs, or work whose scope cannot be accurately established in advance:

 

$139 initial service hour, then $55 per authorized additional 30 minutes.

 

Hourly repair work also requires customer approval before proceeding.
