Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions explain the general rules that apply when requesting or authorizing service from Just Call Dad AutoCare. They should be read together with our Service Policies and any service-specific estimate, authorization, inspection report, work order, or invoice.

Requesting information or visiting this website does not obligate you to purchase service. When you authorize service, you acknowledge the terms that apply to that specific request.

If a service-specific written estimate or authorization provides more detail than this page, the service-specific document will control for that authorized work.

Formation of a Service Agreement

Submitting a form, calling, texting, emailing, or otherwise contacting Just Call Dad AutoCare does not automatically create a service agreement or obligate the business to accept, dispatch, diagnose, repair, or complete work.

A service agreement begins only after Just Call Dad AutoCare accepts the request, the applicable scope and charges are communicated, and the customer provides the required authorization and payment or payment assurance.

Only the work described in the accepted estimate, work order, service package, or other written authorization is included. Additional work requires separate customer authorization.

Just Call Dad AutoCare may decline, limit, reschedule, refer, or discontinue a request when the work cannot be performed safely, responsibly, legally, or within the business’s supported capabilities.

Customer Authority and Information

The person authorizing service represents that they own the vehicle or equipment, or have permission from the owner to request and approve the work.

Customers must provide reasonably accurate information about the vehicle or equipment, location, reported concern, prior damage, modifications, known safety issues, and any circumstances that may affect access or service.

The customer is responsible for providing lawful access to the vehicle, keys, wheel-lock keys, security codes, and other items reasonably required for the authorized work.

Incomplete or inaccurate information may require a revised estimate, additional authorization, rescheduling, limited service, referral, or decline. Just Call Dad AutoCare is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by material information that was unavailable, withheld, or incorrectly provided.

Estimates, Pricing, and Authorization

Estimates are based on the information reasonably available when they are prepared, including the reported concern, vehicle or equipment information, visible condition, expected access, parts availability, and anticipated service scope.

An estimate is not a guarantee that no additional faults, damage, access difficulties, parts requirements, or safety concerns will be discovered.

Parts, materials, fuel, taxes, extended-area charges, after-hours charges, and additional services are separate unless the applicable estimate or service-package description expressly includes them.

If the expected scope or price changes materially, Just Call Dad AutoCare will explain the change and request additional authorization before performing or charging for the additional work. Customers may decline additional work, subject to payment for services, parts, materials, and other charges already authorized or incurred.

Payment and Prepayment

Payment timing and instructions will be stated in the applicable estimate, authorization, work order, or invoice. Customers should not send payment until the service request has been reviewed and approved payment instructions have been provided.

Defined Unstuck-service charges, known extended-area charges, and known after-hours charges may be required before deployment. Prepayment purchases the authorized response and service attempt; it does not guarantee a particular diagnosis, repair outcome, arrival time, or completion.

Payment for completed or properly attempted authorized work is due according to the applicable invoice or service agreement.

Just Call Dad AutoCare may delay dispatch, pause work, decline additional work, or withhold final service documentation when required payment or payment assurance has not been provided, subject to applicable law.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No Access

Cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, and no-access treatment is governed by the current Service Policies and any service-specific written authorization.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle or equipment, approved work location, keys, permissions, and required access are available at the confirmed appointment time.

If the technician cannot safely or lawfully access the vehicle, equipment, or approved work area, the appointment may be treated as a no-access or late-cancellation event.

If Just Call Dad AutoCare cancels because of an inability within its control, the customer will receive an appropriate refund or rescheduling option consistent with the Service Policies.

Work Locations and Safety

Customers are responsible for confirming that vehicle or equipment service is permitted at the requested location and for obtaining any required permission from the property owner, manager, employer, or other responsible party.

The work area must provide reasonably safe access and sufficient space for the authorized service. Customers must keep children, pets, bystanders, and unnecessary vehicles or equipment away from the active work area.

Just Call Dad AutoCare may decline, relocate, limit, suspend, or discontinue work because of traffic, weather, lighting, surface conditions, property restrictions, unsafe conduct, hazardous materials, vehicle instability, inadequate access, or other conditions that make mobile service unsafe or unsuitable.

Stopping work for safety reasons does not eliminate charges for authorized services, mobilization, parts, materials, or time already properly incurred.

Diagnostics, Inspections, and Service Limitations

Diagnostics, inspections, screenings, and assessments are limited to the authorized scope, available access, available information, applicable test conditions, and the condition of the vehicle or equipment at the time of service.

Observed conditions are not automatically confirmed faults. Some failures may be intermittent, concealed, inaccessible, or outside the authorized testing scope.

A diagnostic or inspection service does not guarantee that every existing or future fault will be identified, that a vehicle is safe for every use, or that no additional service will be needed.

Temporary mobile assistance, including jump starts and spare-tire installation, may not correct the underlying cause of a vehicle problem. Any written limitations, operating restrictions, repair recommendations, or towing recommendations provided with the service must be followed.

Customer Responsibilities After Service

Customers are responsible for reviewing the completed invoice, written findings, service limitations, operating restrictions, and recommendations provided after service.

The customer must discontinue operation and seek further assistance when instructed to do so, or when a new or worsening safety concern, warning indicator, leak, noise, vibration, odor, performance problem, or other abnormal condition appears.

Recommendations for additional diagnosis, repair, towing, inspection, monitoring, or rechecking are not guarantees about how long the vehicle or equipment may continue operating.

Questions or concerns about recently completed work should be reported to Just Call Dad AutoCare promptly so the circumstances can be reviewed and an appropriate next step can be determined.

Website Information and Communications

Information on this website is provided for general service, educational, and customer-intake purposes. It is not a substitute for a vehicle-specific inspection, diagnosis, written estimate, or professional evaluation.

Submitting a website form, email, text message, voicemail, or other electronic communication does not guarantee an immediate response, emergency assistance, appointment, dispatch, or service acceptance.

Customers should not rely on website content or an unanswered communication to determine whether a vehicle is safe to drive or operate. When immediate safety is uncertain, stop using the vehicle and seek appropriate emergency, towing, or other qualified assistance.

Website descriptions, service availability, operating areas, hours, and pricing may be updated. The applicable written estimate, authorization, or service agreement controls an accepted request.

Privacy and Electronic Communications

Customer information submitted through the website, service-request forms, email, text message, telephone, or other approved business systems will be handled according to the applicable Privacy Policy.

Customers authorize Just Call Dad AutoCare to use the contact information they provide for service-related communication, including request clarification, scheduling, estimates, authorization, status updates, invoices, payment instructions, findings, and follow-up.

Electronic approvals, signatures, messages, estimates, work orders, invoices, photographs, and other service records may be used to document the customer’s request and authorization when supported by the applicable business system and law.

Customers are responsible for providing current contact information and reviewing service-related communications sent to the contact methods they provided.

Changes to These Terms

Just Call Dad AutoCare may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in services, business practices, technology, legal requirements, or operating policies.

Updates apply prospectively from the effective date shown on this page unless applicable law or a written agreement requires otherwise.

An accepted service request is generally governed by the terms, Service Policies, estimate, and authorization in effect when that service was authorized.

Material changes will not be applied retroactively to completed or previously authorized work solely to reduce a customer’s established rights or create a new charge.

Applicable Law and Severability

These Terms and Conditions and accepted service agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms is intended to waive a customer right or business obligation that cannot lawfully be waived.

If any provision is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

Questions About These Terms

Questions about these Terms and Conditions may be submitted through the Contact Dad or Request Service pathway.

A question, conversation, or informal explanation does not modify these terms or an accepted service agreement unless the change is documented and approved in writing.
