How It Works

You do not need to know what is wrong with your vehicle before asking for help. Tell us what is happening, where the vehicle is, and what you need. We will review the situation, ask the right questions, and help determine the most sensible next step.

Start With What You Know

Choose the pathway that best matches your situation. You are not expected to diagnose the vehicle.

CAR PARKED AND CAN'T GET IT TO MOVE?

Car won’t start? Flat tire? Unexpected vehicle problem?

Need Service?

Need repairs, diagnostics, maintenance, or inspections?

Returning Customer?

Already know Dad? Ask a question or follow up.

Not sure which option fits?

Request service and tell us what is happening.  You do not need to diagnose the vehicle yourself.

Tell us What's Happening

Provide the information you know. You do not need to use automotive terminology or decide which repair the vehicle needs.

Helpful information may include:

  • Your name and phone number

  • The vehicle’s year, make, model, mileage, and VIN when available

  • Where the vehicle is located

  • What the vehicle is doing—or not doing

  • When the concern began and whether anything recently changed

  • Whether the vehicle can be driven safely

  • Warning lights, unusual sounds, smells, leaks, or other observations

  • Photographs, videos, or documents that may help explain the concern

  • Your availability and scheduling needs

Clear information helps us evaluate the request, prepare appropriately, and avoid wasting your time or money.

We Review the Request

We will review the information you provide before confirming the next step. This review may include:

  • Clarifying the vehicle’s symptoms or service needs

  • Confirming the location and whether it is within the supported service area

  • Evaluating urgency and whether the vehicle appears safe to operate

  • Checking whether the requested work is suitable for mobile service

  • Identifying likely tools, equipment, parts, fluids, or technical information

  • Reviewing site access, weather, lifting requirements, and other safety considerations

  • Determining whether additional information or photographs are needed

Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee acceptance, an appointment time, or completion of the requested work. We will communicate whether the request can be supported and explain the most appropriate next step.

Receive a Clear Next Step

After reviewing the request, we will explain the appropriate next step. Depending on the situation, that may include:

  • A confirmed fixed-price service

  • An initial diagnostic or inspection appointment

  • A vehicle-specific estimate for defined work

  • A request for additional information before scheduling

  • A recommendation for a shop, towing provider, specialist, or another service when mobile work is not appropriate

Before work begins, you will receive the available pricing information, important service conditions, and an explanation of what is—and is not—included. Additional work requires your authorization.

After the service, we will explain what was performed and what was found. When applicable, you will receive written findings, recommended next steps, and an invoice or payment confirmation.

The goal is simple: you should understand what happens next and why.
